Baby Martin’s nursery is finally finished, and I love it so much. I started planning it months and months ago, and I am so happy with how it turned out. I wanted it to have an Arizona vibe & be really happy and bright. I also wanted it to be a little more neutral and minimalistic. Most of the items are second-hand or DIY projects that my dad helped me with over the last few months. We made all of the shelves & the baby gym and I made the letter board & wall hanging. A few items are handmade from friends and they are so special! The dresser was free from Craigslist and everything else is either Target, Ikea, or Hobby Lobby.
I did some pretty intense searching for a modern style dresser. My mom and I went to several second-hand stores & I wasn’t having any luck. After maybe 3 weeks, I found this one for free 😀 Craigslist Win.
The wreath above the crib was hand-made by a friend in our town. She’s amazing at what she does and it’s one of my favorite parts of the nursery.
The Arizona plaque was hand-made by a friend from AZ and the Bible verse print was designed by my friend at Shealin Ashley Photography.
I walk in his room a thousand times a day & get butterflies thinking about how excited I am. I remember sitting in this room last year, when it was only just framed, & wondering if or when we would have a baby. We are so excited and just can’t wait for him to be here.
